The Judge Greyhound Racing Review BetKudos

Created by a tipster for whom the service is named, The Judge is a greyhound racing tipster service that is operated in conjunction with the Bet Kudos tipster stable.

What is the product?

The Judge is a new tipster service that is based specifically around greyhound racing, more specifically open races which have bigger prices and stronger races. Bet Kudos say that this allows The Judge to be action packed and provide subscribers with a thrilling betting system. As far as the service goes The Judge is relatively straightforward in many respects offering users daily selections for races across the UK .The selection process for The Judge is based around the experience of the eponymous tipster who Bet Kudos claim has over 17 years of experience within the sport. As well as drawing on his experience in the field, The Judge also has a strong focus on extracting the best possible value, something that he says he is able to do by looking at greyhound racing TV and identifying when a dog have made a pricing error and odds are likely to shorten.

In terms of the numbers surrounding The Judge, this is a rather high volume service with selections often getting as high as 9 bets in a day (although this figure can by contrast be as low as 1 bet) whilst staking follows the usual staking plan that Bet Kudos use which means staking from 1 point to 5 each bet. Unfortunately there is no published strike rate for The Judge however Bet Kudos do provide full proofing.

What is the investment vs. the rate of return?

There are two options when you come to buy The Judge. The first of these is a monthly subscription which actually runs for 28 days or alternatively you can choose to get a quarterly subscription which runs for 90 days. These will cost you £48 and £96 respectively with VAT to be added onto this.

There is unfortunately no real money back guarantee in place however as Bet Kudos follow the same rules as their parent company Betfan which namely states that refunds aren’t typically offered however request swill be reviewed. In terms of the income potential, since going live a little over a month ago The Judge has made a points profit of 156.16 points however there have been a lot of bets placed to attain this.

Does the product provide value for money?

Despite a promising first month in terms of profit on paper, I don’t believe that The Judge does provide value for money.

Conclusion

There are a number of greyhound racing products on the market and Betfan in particular seem to be pushing this market a lot at the moment. With this kind of competition in mind it is important to look at all factors of a service and this is where I feel that The Judge kind of falls a little flat.

The fact is that whilst it isn’t published I wouldn’t expect too much from the ROI given he quantity of bets and the staking plan that is in place. This when combined with the relative newness of The Judge means that here and now I don’t see it as a complete service however it might be worth looking back on in a few months.
